With an MBA in Banking and Finance (Manchester Business School/University of Wales) and over 13 years in the field (most of it at the highest levels), I thought I would introduce a section here where I could share some of that knowledge. I already had quite a bit of Banking and Finance content on the site; but felt a tips-based approached could be better targeted to some of the questions I sometimes get.
Now that I have been posting on the topic for a while and know there is a decent enough base to keep readers interested, it is high time to make a formal announcement. (Go here to see content). As you can see, the categories covered (or to be covered) include business advice, personal finance (general and personal advice), investing, careers and financial markets.
I believe, based on my experience, that the areas mentioned will cover much of the topics of interest; but I am always open to suggestions. Please feel free.
Also, readers would have noticed the recently redone homepage. To reinforce, I am extending an open invitation to all to join Jollyjo and contribute, not only to Banking and Finance, but across varied subject areas… and oh yes, there is always the prospect of discussing compensation.
Finally, I do hope that users will find the Banking and Finance Tips content very worthwhile; and hope that in the very near future, I will have others contributing to Jollyjo as a whole. Thanks, as always, for reading.
